Our Graduate Development Scheme offers the opportunity for newly-qualified engineers to be the driving force behind their own personal development. They will gain a breadth of experience rather than being restricted to one specialism, allowing them to gain expansive knowledge of the industry.
Taking place over 2-3 years, our scheme offers a proactive approach that allows our engineers to monitor their progress and enables 3P to develop graduates with a comprehensive range of skills. Progress made through the scheme feeds into CPD/CEng chartership qualifications.
The development of our graduates is just as vital to us as the development of the company and they go hand-in-hand. We actively encourage personal progression and development with each graduate taking part in our mentor scheme, each mentee will be guided through all of our processes and the mentor will be on-hand to offer advice while encouraging self-development. We take the ongoing investment in training extremely seriously and we put our trust in our graduates to achieve chartership as quickly as possible.
Interviews take place at the beginning of each year. Please ensure your CV reaches us before the end of the year for a graduate role commencing the following summer.
