Our business is in the development of specialist bespoke products and equipment for the pharmaceutical, medical device and FMCG sectors. We liaise daily with a prestige range of Blue Chip clients. The management team are highly qualified, experienced Engineers with a drive to manage interesting and challenging work. The company is based near Warwick on the M40 corridor in the Midlands. Salary and benefits are excellent, and will reflect your qualifications and contribution.  You must have a good degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, and a strong motivation to work in the field of automation, test and inspection equipment.

The Role

We are looking for a graduate qualified multidiscipline Electrical Engineer to provide creativity and problem solving skills to a range of ground breaking, medical device, pharmaceutical and FMCG automation projects.

The best applicants will have a blend of hands on practicality with good academic attainment, to address real world engineering problems efficiently. We solve a range of novel engineering machine systems problems, and our people develop a broad engineering capability and strong innovation skills.

Skills and Experience


  • Experience in design of special-purpose machines
  • Design of electrical panels and on-machine wiring.
  • AutoCAD Electrical design system or equivalent
  • Understanding of the requirements of the following European Directives: Low Voltage, Machinery, EMC, Awareness of Safety systems (E-stops and guarding)
  • Control of Servo drives and inverter AC drives


  • Familiarity with Beckhoff or Siemens or Rockwell automation systems
  • Experience of designing control systems for machinery and equipment for the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Commercially aware, with understanding of project costing and budget.

The successful candidate will join a close team of mechanical, electrical and control systems software engineers and will be flexible enough to make an immediate contribution.



  • Professionally qualified with a good Electrical/Electronics degree.

  • Possess excellent inter-personal skills and able to develop highly effective working relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Creative, energetic and effective working in a multi-disciplined team.
  • Possess strong initiative, self-motivation and desire to get things done.


  • Ambitious, career-oriented and looking to grow and develop both professionally and personally.



  • Must be fluent in both spoken and written English language
  • Must be authorised to work permanently in the UK
  • Must be authorised and willing to travel internationally
  • Must be willing to work for a wide range of industries and across a broad range of product types


  • Fluent in a second language
