How do we fill Blister Strips?

  •  Compression Filling (Pellet-Based Dosing)
    Our compression blister filling technology uses precision die punches to compress powder into uniform pellets before placing them into blister cavities. This approach delivers highly accurate dosing while maintaining a clean filling process, reducing contamination risks and improving sealing performance. 

  • Vacuum-Drum Filling
    Traditional vacuum drum systems draw powder into blister cavities. While effective for certain formulations, this approach can present challenges with highly cohesive powders, making alternative methods such as compression filling more suitable in some cases.
