The Liquid Fill–Finish Platform is designed for research and small-scale manufacturing, offering a compact, GMP-compliant solution that fits seamlessly into existing isolators, RABS and biosafety cabinets. With its onboard pump and 100% fill-weight verification, it is the most space-efficient system available on the market today, helping you save valuable cleanroom space without sacrificing performance.

Engineered for precision, the system delivers accurate dosing through a closed-loop control that automatically compensates for pump drift, ensuring consistent batch quality. Adhering to first-air principles and fully compatible with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, it provides both compliance and confidence in every run.

This platform goes beyond simple filling to deliver a complete end-to-end process. Servo-controlled bottom-up filling reduces splash and turbulence, while an integrated indexing mechanism transfers vials smoothly into the stoppering station. With the flexibility to accommodate both standard and vented stoppers, the system supports a wide range of container closure requirements within a single, streamlined process

Applications

Typically handles glass vials or bottles with rubber stoppers/aluminium crimps.

Nasal pump variation: Purpose-built for nasal spray products, with integrated modules for accurate spray pump placement, force-controlled capping, and inspection.

All of our core technology is scalable, ensuring that your early-stage clinical processes can be scaled up for commercial production. This means you won't need to develop and validate costly new technologies with each scale-up. Our Liquid Fil-Finish Platform can be integrated into our larger Robotic Fill-Finish Cell.
