Fill2Weight® is perfect for parenteral and aseptic applications, where precision and sterility are critical. The technology enables highly accurate dosing of sterile powders directly into vials, cartridges and syringes, ensuring consistent fill weights without compromising sensitive formulations. All product contact parts are removable and autoclavable, with the entire system being compatible with VHP, ensuring your products are protected. With proven success with advanced formulations such as spray-dried biologics and lyophilized vaccines, it enables pre-clinical development through to commercial manufacture. Requiring as little as 2–3 grams of API with an excellent recovery rate, Fill2Weight® is especially valuable for orphan drugs and ultra-high value products where precision and material efficiency are essential.
Inhalation
Fill2Weight® enables precise, reproducible filling of dry powders into capsules, blisters, oral and nasal inhaler devices, ensuring accurate dosing of everything from typical respiratory therapies through to inhaled biologics. It's gentle, vibration-based system maintains particle integrity without compaction, preserving drug efficacy and aerosolisation performance. From early-stage R&D to commercial production, it provides a flexible solution for challenging inhalation formulations, minimising product loss while maximising quality and consistency.
Scaling up?
All of our core technology is scalable, ensuring that your early-stage clinical processes can be scaled up for commercial production. This means you won't need to develop and validate costly new technologies with each scale-up. Fill2Weight can be integrated into our larger, Robotic Capsule Filler, capable of filling up to 500 or even 1000 capsules per hour. Additionally, we can integrate Fill2Weight into a fully autonomous isolator, the Robotic Fill-Finish Cell Pro.
