3P Recruits 10 New Engineers After a Record Year!

3P Recruits 10 New Engineers After a Record Year!

We are delighted to welcome 10 new engineers to our team at 3P.  The latest recruitment comes after we recorded our most successful year yet, achieving record turnover and an annual growth of almost 40%!

Our newest team members will be joining us at our  new state of the art facility in Warwick. Since the move to this premises in December 2018, our workforce has expanded by 40% and our turnover has increased by 100% as we take on increasingly larger projects for our international customer base.

“Despite the economic strain due to the pandemic, we are proud to be celebrating 14 years of continued growth.  As we continue to receive new orders and enquiries, we are thrilled to be able to create new job opportunities across a spectrum of roles. It is an exciting time here at 3P, having also won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation earlier this year for our novel Fill2Weight powder micro-dosing technology,” said Tom Bailey, Managing Director.

Working across the Mechanical, Electrical and Software departments, our new engineers will be embarking on Graduate and Undergraduate Development Schemes, gaining a wide breadth of experience to support our growing number of orders.  We are investors in people and continue to invest in developing and delivering the best training programmes. This enables our engineers to achieve chartership as quickly as possible.

Tom added; “Originally, we planned for the engineers to join us in July, however lockdown enforced us to postpone their start date. We are excited to be taking on new talent, adding to our large and multi-disciplined team of professional engineers who have a combined experience base of over 850 years. This recruitment will offer further support as we continue to innovate and invest in new product development to meet growing market demands.”

We look forward to seeing some great things from our new team members!
